A more demanding alternative to our beach hikes and urban trails; join us this weekend for an hour & a half of strength and endurance training - comprising a mix of short stair climbs (as we cross the foot bridges of the Dubai Canal), some light jogging/fast walking, and some core exercises. A great session for anyone considering, or currently training for a Gulf for Good Challenge.

WHO CAN ATTEND?

We'll be meeting at 06.45am ready to start at 07.00am, at the smaller bridge of Dubai Canal https://goo.gl/maps/w17UqAJ48n72 (parking is available at the end of Street 30b). Please allow enough time to meet up with the group and do some stretching before we begin.
