Between the Bridges

A more demanding alternative to our beach hikes and urban trails; join us this weekend for one hour of strength and endurance training - comprising a mix of short stair climbs (as we cross the foot bridges of the Dubai Canal), some light jogging/fast walking, and some core exercises. A great session for anyone considering, or currently training for a Gulf for Good Challenge.

WHO CAN ATTEND?

All of our fitness sessions are open for everyone to join (over 16 years), even if you haven't signed up for a Gulf for Good challenge, just let us know you're coming! A great introduction to who we are and what we do.

BOOKING A PLACE

We'll be meeting at 6:45am ready to start at 7am, at the smaller bridge of Dubai Canal https://goo.gl/maps/w17UqAJ48n72 (parking is available at the end of Street 30b). Please allow enough time to meet up with the group and do some stretching before we begin.
