Yoga + Walk on Water

Date: 1st February 2019  |  Venue: Kite Beach behind Bait Al Bahar, Jumeirah  |  Time : 06:30 - 08:00

We will start with some refreshing and energising yoga stretch on the beach with the wonderful Elaine Kelly for 30 minutes.

Thereafter, we will hike barefoot on the beach and in and out of shallow water for an hour. It takes more effort to walk barefoot on the beach, utilising balance and a full range of movement with each step. This training session is great for building leg muscle in the sand and also with water resistance (not to mention, beating the heat also!)

Enjoy the fresh morning air and some great company, a wonderful way to start the weekend!

WHO CAN ATTEND? All of our fitness sessions are open to everyone (over 16 years), even if you haven't signed up for a Gulf for Good challenge, just let us know you're coming! A great introduction to who we are and what we do.
