FACE for Children in Need, Egypt

FACE for Children in Need is a Belgian NGO, founded in 2003 in Cairo, Egypt with the mission to assist and protect orphans, abandoned children, street children, their families and communities, regardless of race, culture or religion. This is achieved through two main Programs:

1. The Abandoned Children Program is composed of three centers for orphans, abandoned children and children in need of protection, and of a family/Kafala team aiming at supporting children to prepare their placement into family care and at supporting national authorities to improve the legal and implementing system of Kafala.
2. The Street Children Program is composed of an outreach team, a day drop-in center, a transitional home, a case management/reintegration team, an education team and a medical team.
