In 2020 in response to Covid through our 2020 Ramadan campaign we raised USD 2,686 and further funds of USD 429 raised by Gymnation and the clean water campaign running across their gyms.
This provided 180 home learning kits to pre-school children (USD 3 each) and a food donation package for 180 families (USD 15 per family).
In 2015, 14 challengers did the Source of the Nile Cycling Challenge raising funds of USD 32,328 enabling the renovation and painting of 9 classrooms at Namaganga Primary School under the School Infrastructure Development Programme.
The following are the charity's current needs that we are working towards supporting.
On behalf of Soft Power Education we are fundraising USD21,000 to completely renovate seven classrooms at Nkondo Primary School where 605 pupils attend school.
This renovation will ensure that the children are learning in safe and inspiring classrooms.
